Shift Talk 1: Self-Care
May 26, 2021 Season 1 Episode 4

On this episode, we have our very first Shift Talk.  These will be reoccurring periodic segments with myself and/or friends and collogues within the current shift-work nursing community.  We will discuss the good, the bad, the interesting, the saddening experiences that have occurred during some of our recent shifts.  Today, we will be having a brief discussion on self-care, what that entails, and some of seen/unseen effects of not caring for ourselves as nurses.
